It depends on who it is. One person likes to cuddle and fall asleep, one likes to cuddle and talk...then he usually drinks a beer, one person likes to go into town afterwards.
i'm typical: i like to cuddle, can involve talking can involve silence then falling asleep. usually i need a water or something right afterwards if it was energetic sex!
i guess that's what i like to do when it's night sex or beforebed. if not, then brief talking and usually getting up and mashing some good food.
it's called peeing, people. followed by chugging some water. and then sleep. well, it used to be followed by sleep. now it's unlocking the door so the kids don't freak out. then sleep.
sometimes sex energizes me, sometimes it exhausts me. if i'm energized i want to talk and laugh and cuddle. if exhaustion sets in i want to fall into the best sleep ever.
Pee of course, if it was we really good then we usually talk about it, well actually we almost always talk about it afterward. What we liked the most, what turned me on more or him on more,
what he said that made me crazy for more or what sounds or look in my eyes that drove him crazy. After that it just depends on the time of day, go back to work, go to bed...
It depends on the time of day. If it's first thing in the morning a hot shower (preferably as a couple) and then some good food works. Any other time of day it's off to sleep we go!
DeJaVue my boyfriend would be right there with ya,lol, bless his heart.( not the sex, but the packing of said bowl,lol) I remember the first time he asked me to pack him a bowl, I actually
brought him a paper bowl, good times( brings a tear to my eye).But that isn't our after sex routine, just something he likes to do on the occasional.
If it was really wild monkey sex, with no holds barred, I like to be alone. If it was a real complete emotional release, I just need to alone time to think and come down, DON'T BOTHER ME

36sometimes we talk, sometimes we have a snac gotta keep up your strength for another round! or just cuddle and go to sleep. its best when we do all 3!
